I am a Canadian citizen and am sponsoring my spouse from outside Canada. I have two children who are also Canadian citizens. How may members should I write for question 3?. 1 , 2 or 4

imm0008 is for applicant not for sponsor,.OK here you only include persons who are coming to Canada. If you have kids already but sponsoring 1 person ,just that one
But if children are coming to Canada they MUST be included say ; wife coming with 2 kids then here total will be =3, as a sponsor DO NOT Include yourself, this Q is for applicant abroad not for sponsor who is in Canada. Hope it is all clear now.

Canadians are not included. The answer is 1.

Which is still not accurate. Perhaps the Canadian children live abroad and will be coming to Canada when the app is approved.

I think CIC Canada should improve their instructions for #Q3 on IMM008. Language is very ambiguous as it stands.
