I am extending my mother stay in Canada on Visitor. She got 10 years multiple visa. What I need to select in form Imm5708E.

an initial or extension of a temporary resident permit
a restoration of your status as a visitor. ( This is not applicable as we are not doing restoration.

My doubt on below selection of choice. Which need to select for first time extension to stay in Canada. Mother got 10 years visa and return stamp on Password 10th March.
