1. My question is In "Occupation field of employment or field of study" are we going to put job title we had at that job or just field, for example, engineering or banking.

2. Where were you physically located? are we going to give company address or our home address during that job?

3. Name of contact, phone number, and email address? are we going to give our manager's information here?

4. I am studying part-time program at humber college, it's one-year online program and how I am going to mention that information? and what will be the name of the contact, phone number and email address in that case as well?

What if you are unemployed and you are traveling for a few months outside of canada? What would you provide as physical location?
