Question 11, jobs during eligibility. Multiple overlapping and missing details?

Hey, I had a few occasional jobs while I was doing my regular job. I have a hard time finding all the details and dates because it was occasional work at different locations. My list would be quite long and incomplete anyway. I assume the most important is to have all main jobs and no gaps?!

There are more knowledgeable people on this than me... But I would ask; did you receive T4 (tax return slips) for the jobs? If yes, they are on record, so the jobs would surely become an issue. Like I said, there are people who know more than I do who will chime in
