Hi members,

I haven't been able to get ahold of an agent for the last 48 hours and I need an answer before I submit.
On question 11, for the period that I was a student, should I put my adress or my school's adress? also who would be the contact person for school?

For the payment, I noticed on my receipt that the expiration date is wrong yet they issued the receipt, will this be a problem? If yes how can I rectify it?

School's Address and someone that works there is the way I would understand it.

I kept School Address and for rest n/a.

What does RESP Code say at the bottom? Check if the payment went through.

That's because the first two digits are the year, and the second two digits are the month. The four digits are not your year of expiry.
