Please provide the name of the work place and the address of the workplace in the physical location section. For 10 a) you include all information on where you have lived inside and outside of Canada without leaving in gaps during the eligibility period. Time spent outside of Canada would include vacations as well."

I doubt, if we need to mention the details about Vacation. I would skip my vacations, as I was still a resident of Canada.

Vacations...IRCC is crazy if they expect that.
Staying at a hotel for a couple of days is not considered "living" there.
