Which OINP program are you eligible for? What is your NOC? What is your CRS score? Do you have a job offer?

Your score is too low for OINP.

For OINP you need 450 at a minimum. As for others, you are limited without job offer. Alberta would be only option if they draw your score and NOC. They don’t post NOCs selected so you will not know. You really need to increase your score.
