I wish know why an English country Like Nigeria should be writing ISLETS? for over sixteen years to twenty years schooling. We are&were thought in English / as such i wish to know a good reason for the test before you can immigrate to UK ,Canada and USA

Everyone has to take IELTS to immigrate even US and UK citizens. No one is exempt.

Because all English speaking countries must do so. It may not be a person’s first language. Also even if a first language some people can’t read or write that well. What does “why is certificate expires” mean?

It is two years and ask the British Council who organizes it. This is not a Canadian immigration issue so talk to the British Council. IRCC doesn’t have a say in expiries of IELTS tests.
