Hi,
I have just started a survival job. Someone told me after completing 900-1000 hours (e.g 5-6 months) in first job I can upgrade myself of getting some courses or training. The company would give me 50% of my salary for at least 1 year. Is that true?

Secondly, If during job my wife gets pregnant (though she is not doing job). Can I take leave with pay. If so then how much (% age)?
