Application form: schedule 3 ECONOMIC CLASSES- FSW:

6. Have you taken an approved test to assess your proficiency in English or French?

(__) Yes , Provide a copy of approved test results.

(__) No, Provide evidence of your proficiency in Canada's Official language.

I would like to ask for above question that If i tick mark (__) No, then should I write further in a separate sheet that I'm good at English so can gain required band & will submit IELTS test report later, or just leave with no comments while mark ticking (__) No.

Seniors & who had went through such situation please do comment/suggest.

Im in the process of preparing my papers and to be submitted next week..i just answered NO and didnt provide any documents since it is stated there not to attach anything even IELTS result... just wait for them to request any docs needed.

Yeah I know that no need to attach any thing but I mean while selecting "No" in Q.6, shouldn't we write comments that "I will submit IELTS test report later to prove my mentioned proficiency".

I think those who have passed through such situation would better guide us.

if you selected no in this q then you have to provide an evidence in your english L. :

1 - either you are national of one of country native language is english

2- your studies were in english & your work experience in english


these to be submitted later to visa office not to cio

Yes u dont have to send any evidence to CIO.just click no and complete the form and send it with the documents given in document checklist.
