Hello,
I currently reside and work in Montreal since March 2004. I want to apply for Canada PR through Federal process (not Quebec) as I don't know French and don't want to learn it. My question is can I mention in my application that I Intend to live in Toronto. If I mention Montreal then they will send my file to Quebec Immigration and I am likely to fail for not knowing French. My current work permit with a Quebec employer is valid for 2 years and most probably will be extended. So there is no way for me to justify that I will move to Toronto. What are the chances that Canada Immigration officer will believe me?
I need some advise on my situation. Is there anybody here from Quebec who applied as Federal Skilled worker?
thanks
