Query related to Proof of funds

Hi,

I am single and the principal applicant .I have stated 60000 cad dollars in the forms sent to nova scotia( This included value of house property owned and liquid funds). Now i am showing 13000 cad dollars as liquid funds.

(a) Do i need to give explanation regarding remaining 47000 cad dollars to the visa officer while filing documents to new delhi visa office.Plz advise

(b) Do i need to give a break up of 13000 cad dollars comprising of saving a/c balance and fdr's of different banks.Plz clarify

Mention 13000 CAD and send updated forms to CHC. Also send a cover letter for the changes made and mention the reason for the change.

(b) Do i need to give a break up of 13000 cad dollars comprising of saving a/c balance and fdr's of different banks.Plz clarify

Send a cover letter on the top of the proof of funds. Though it is not mandatory but It will really help.

I have declared cad 60000 dollars(which included value of house property owned and liquid funds) while sending documents to nova scotia.Now,I am due to send final documents to new delhi visa office .Break up of the same is

(a) Value of house property owned- cad 47000 dollars

(b) value of liquid funds-cad 13000 dollars

My question is ;

(a)Since i am showing 13000 cad dollars as proof of liquid funds .Do i need to show proof of the rest of 47000 cad dollars(ie house property which i still own) to the visa officer or give explanation regarding the same

Send updation to CHC & show 13000

You can also send a copy of the deed, get an assesor to value your house and send the result as well...this will provide you proof to confirm the $47K.
