Query related to Proof of funds under Express entry

Hi,
I have a question-related to proof of funds. The money is in my Mother's account and I will be transferring it to my account. Will that end into some trouble for my profile?
Also, I am not currently working. So, will it affect my profile or any issue while providing evidence for the proof?

After this transfer transaction that you mentioned, if you get ITA before you have maintained these funds in your account for atleast 6 months, you will have to make a notarized gift deed of this transaction and Include it in the Letter of Explanation. IRCC requires you to have ownership of funds for atleast 6 months. If not, a notarized proof is required.
