One of my friend having qualification as engineering in electrical and work experience in I.T.Now he is getting arranged employment in I.T but somebody told him that cic will consider arranged employment in that field which he did engineering and qualification and work experience should be in same field.He has done enginnering in electrical but arranged employment in I.T.I want to know is really cic consider arranged employment according to qualification or work experience or there is no eligibility for arranged employment like if he will get AE in any field cic will consider in PR.
