Query related PGWP issue date

Hope you are all doing well, I have a question that I have received a letter from IRCC that I can work for 3 months or until a decision is made on my application. I am just wondering what will be the issue date would we get after the PGWP is issued? The issue date would be when I applied for PGWP or whenever the PGWP is issued that date would be the issue date. I am a bit confused. Would be thankful for the help. Is there anything that affect the “issue date” whether the date you applied or the date was approved? I mean what situation are you facing with the two scenerio? If any

No, I meant what would be the "Issue Date" on the PGWP when it is issued. Just wondering would the date be when it is actually issued or when I applied for it?

Issue date is the approval date.
