Request your help please for my below 2 queries.
1.) I received an ITA in the 21st Draw. I have a total work experience of 5 years( 2 Years in India NOC 6235 and 3 Years in UAE in the SAME COMPANY= 1 year in NOC 6235 and remaining 2 in a non skilled profile) .However , while creating an EE profile I mentioned all 3 years of Experience in UAE in the same NOC 6235. Now while I am submitting my documents shall I mention only 1 year of experience in work History and remaining 2 in the personal history section. Doing so will not reduce my CRS score but do u think it's OK to do so. i.e make changes post ITA
2.) For my work experience in UAE my company has given me Work experience letter signed by the Department heads. However, this letter is not on company's letter head and also it's a copy of the original with the HR Stamp on it.This letter contains details like No. of Working hours, full time employment and Job Description. Also, HR has given me a reference letter mentioning my salary on a letter head but it mentions my current designation only and not the designation for which i have points. I am attaching additional documents like my offer letter, salary slips and bank statement. Do you think this will be enuf?
