Query regarding withdrawal of pof...pls help

Hello Everybody

Right from the time of initial application this forum has been grt source of information for me at every step of my application process.I am thankful to everyone who in one way or other answered my queries......This time too i hope somebody may help me...

my noc is 4131,initially applied on august 2009,sent full application to new delhi on feb 2,got aor on 8th feb,status changed to in process on april 14 and got medical,rprf and ppts request on may 18... I have done my medicals on 27th may,sent my passports and RPRF on 29th may.but they sent back my DD mentioning the reason to send the correct amount i again sent the rprf on 13 th june and it reached on 15th june.Now how long like avg time.. i have to wait to get my passports back......pls anybody tell me the app time

And also my main query is as i sent my passports to ND...now at this point can i withdraw the money from the bank which i have shown as proof of funds as i took some money from my relative and i have to give them back anyhow at the time of landing i will manage to show the required pof

You should not withdraw the money from your account until you have the passports with the visas stamped on them returned to you, they could check again before stamping visas and reject you. Wait and be 100% safe.

thanks for the reply....so when can i expect my passports back...can you pls tell me the avg time
