Query Regarding Visa

Hello, I have been admitted to one of the university in Quebec, Canada. I had applied for the study permit on 14th of August 2020. The classes are going to be start from 8th September 2020. My doubt is can I get the study permit before the start of the classes. Could you provide me some information regarding it? Thank you

I have been admitted to concordia university, is it possible then.
Or do I need to ask the university about it.
