Query regarding TRV

Hey all,

I applied for my TRV on 23 DEC and still haven’t got any update. I know there are some people who have applied in September and still haven’t received it. My question here is, can I travel to India while my application is under process? Will they reject/refuse my application because I traveled to India? Because if they refuse then I need reapply from India and the processing time in India is 150+ days.
