Query regarding Student Questionnare Form

Hii everyone..I got on offer from the University of Toronto for MASC degree in civil engg.

I am going to apply for the visa soon. I went across the application package to apply for study permit from India and there I found in the Instructions guide that student questionnaire also needs to be filled.

But CIC has not given the editable pdf file of the form.
Rest of the forms like 1292, Temp resident visa, family info etc are editable but as such student questionnaire form is not given separate.

Someone told me that student questionnaire form is not reqd. to be submitted

Guys please help me out with the student questionnaire form? if it needs to be submitted or not? if yes than how to fill it out?

When I submitted my application I never filled something called student questionnaire... I am really surprise with your post since haven't heard of it...

You should stick to what it says on CICs Web page... There's an application a package for each type of application at their Web site which comes with a checklist.... Just make sure you have everything on the checklist and you will be good to go.. Don't worry about anything else....

wao! i had never seen that... Maybe as the documents says... it might be for countries like india and others..

I applied from Ecuador in South America...

Depending on your country there will be different requirements...

Go to this web page and you will firs be asked to choose your country and afterwards see all the files you will need to fill and submit...
