Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi
Forum

I am in a dilemma of understanding my Salary Structure in order to understand what comes under benefits.
It would be helpful if someone could help me figure what should come under benefits.
My Salary components are as follows.

Salary Allowance & Reimbursements
Basic
House Rent Allowance
Statutory Bonus
Conveyance Allowance
Medical Reimbursement
Leave Travel Concession
Telephone Reimbursements
Books & Periodicals
Car Expense Reimbursements
City Compensatory Allowance

Additional Benefits
Gratuity

What all should be covered under benefits ? Do I need to add all the reimbursements under benefits ? This is so confusing :(

Looking forward for seniors to clear my doubts.

Cheers

How is this related to Immigration to CANADA?

I have read on this forum that we have to include details of benefits if any that your employer provides in the reference letter.
Do let me know if I have mistaken ..

You just need to show the evidence that the job experience that you have/had was a paid one, mainly through reference letter(s), nothing more. At times they may ask for pay stubs if they feel the need to. Value of emolument is immaterial.

ok!!!

Thanks for clearing my doubts..
This immigration documentation can be really scary and confusing :D

If you want to add benefits write health insurance, PF, gratuity, any commission etc
