Query Regarding Pre Medical Exam

I will be undergoing Pre Medical Exam in a couple of days and I want to know if the hospital will provide me with a copy of medical exam report (as per VFS website) which I should attach along with my visa application because when I called the hospital today they said they will send the report directly to embassy and I would not be given any report. I am just confused and can someone clarify?

They will give you the E-medical Information Sheet with UMI number on it, you need to attach that paper to your application.
And no, they won't give you your medical report or any result.
