You can go to a bank even with closed accounts and get copies of statements. Your employer must give you record of employment, of not, contact government. You must have lived somewhere, received mail, 9f not a lease, at least attestations from those you lived with.
I still feel that the information gleaned from reading through this article can be very helpful.

Active vs. Passive Evidence – Active evidence is capable of placing your client physically in Canada, while passive evidence only demonstrates that your client has assets in Canada. This is the difference between a credit card bill and a hydro bill. While the hydro bill will demonstrate that your client is paying utilities in Canada, it will not demonstrate that your client is actually living in the property for which the bill is attached. The credit card bill, on the other hand, will provide an itemised list of your client’s shopping habits, listing the name of the store and typically the location. When location is not provided, the store number is provided which may be searched online to match store number with store location (particularly important for stores which are also present outside of Canada).

I have tried all that. There is no way of getting anything beside I am not in Canada I’m outside of Canada can you understand
You have a difficult climb indeed.
You may want to get your CBSA records (via an ATIP request) so you at least know how many days you were in Canada (hopefully). You will need the entry/exit data anyway for the PRTD.

I have a feeling you are pursuing the wrong thing.
You haven’t specified when exactly have you lived in Canada since 2010. It would be highly unusual not to have any records of you living in Canada if you had spent time in Canada as an adult and in the past 5 years. It makes a very big difference if you lived in Canada between 2010-2013 or 2018-2021.
Create a MSCA / My Service Canada Account . Any ROE’s that were created via paper or electronically by your employer will be listed there . I have ROE’s in my account from over ten years ago . It’ll show periods of employment , earnings per period.
Yes you’re outside Canada, but you have access to a computer, and it’s My Service Canada Account. It’ll show CPP contributions, any EI payments . Anything to do with working . If you’ve worked and filed taxes , it’ll show your data

Contact the healthcare department of the province you’re in . Get a printout when you accessed healthcare over a period
If you were in Canada during that whole time you had to have left your digital fingerprints SOMEWHERE. If you didn’t access ANYTHING, in effect it sounds like you were living off grid , which seems implausible during this day and age .

Since we are not getting an answer and to be specific as to why I think this is the 'wrong thing' to be chasing after:
-'wrong thing', by which I mean details about when last employed in Canada, closed bank accounts, entry and exit records etc;
-why 'wrong?'
-Because almost certainly 99% irrelevant if the applicant is significantly out of compliance with the RO. Especially if not really in Canada for any more than short visits, and not at all in last three years.
-what WILL likely be important -if my intuition about what is going on here - are the H&C grounds. If the H&C grounds are significant and important, then the other info referred to above will likely play a small role (and possibly entirely inconsequential ie no role at all).
Or to put it as bluntly and as simply as possible: if you've actually not been in Canada at all for eg 3+ or esp five years or more, your H&C case - meaning the REASONS you could not return to reside in Canada - are the most important. And most probably decisive on their own.
There are some exceptions to this comment of mine but they are a lot more exceptional than what could be attested to by employmet records from 5 years or more ago, or a bank account you used to have, or your ancient entry and exit records.

Can I DM you? I want to make a similar request in future for HC PRTD. I couldn't move earlier due to Covid, and also had to undergo a dental surgery which I couln't have afforded in Canada. I can enter Canada through land border from USA.
So a year ago you were planning to travel in two weeks - what happened?
Your odds are only getting worse. Assuming your PR card has now expired, you would probably have better chances at a land border crossing than with the prtd process, but only a guess.
