Hi Team, I have an FIR filed in India under IPC 337 in the year 2016. However, the case has been resolved within the same year as both the parties have agreed to compromise. I have moved to Canada in 2021 as a student and filing my PR in upcoming months. Does this case gonna create any affect for my PR application. TIA.
