Query regarding Medical

Hi
We have to go for medical.My wife had a fibroid removed from her breast some 8 yrs back,it was non-cancerous. She has had another one (for the last 8 yrs) and the doctor has told her not to worry about it since its benign.
Now my query is whether this would be a problem? Is there some report or something that we may need to carry to let the doctor know of the benign nature of the fibroid. Will she need to get further tests done for this?

And also can someone suggest a good DMP in Punjab(India) ? Which one should we go for?

Don't consider such things very important. Breast fibrous tumor or breast fibroma is most common benign tumor of young women. I don't think you need to explain about it.
