Query regarding Job Bank

Hi,

I've applied for permanent residence, and have already submitted the final application form along with the required documents.

I tried to create a profile in Job bank, but my application number and job seeker validation code weren't accepted. In order to create a profile, job bank requires job seekers to enter their SIN number if they are Canadian citizens, and their application number and job seeker validation code if they are Express Entry candidates.

I wrote to IRCC regarding this issue and got a reply from them stating that job seeker validation code and application number become invalid after you submit the final application for PR.

I'd like to know if, and how i can create a profile in Job bank.

Try using your new UCI number gotten after you submitted your Application.

I did try that as well. It didn't work. Let me know if there's something else I can do. Thank you!
