Query regarding FSW applcaition

Dear Group Members,

I sent my application on Oct 2014 but my application was not accepted and return back to me on Jan 6,2015 with the objection that "You did not provide us with a copy of the foreign education credential to accompany the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA report)" . I have 2 queries on this:

1) What does they mean ? Are they asking my university degree copy although I submit original WES evaluation report of my BE .
2) On the application form UIC number was written with PENCIL. So , do I need to resend the same application (after attaching the required document) or Not ? As now Express Entry has been started from Jan 2015.

Have you sent a copy of your Diploma or certificate and transcripts? It's that they need together with the ECA.
No more application will be accepted under FSW2014, you'll need to apply under Express Entry now.

Unfortunately you sent an incomplete application because you failed to include all of the education documents requesting in the instructions (sending WES wasn't enough). Agreed that your only option at this point is to apply under Express Entry.

HI All,

My application was received on Nov 24, I have sent WES report along with Graduation xerox copies with notary stamp on it.
Is this fine ?
