Query regarding federal skilled worker please help

Hi,
I have the following queries

1. For ECA : i have done b.tech in IT. Do i need to get the ECA done for the secondary education i.e. 10th and 12th ?
2. Do i need to get the ECA done for my spouse who is MBA(Finance)
3. In IELTS i got a final band score of 7.5, do my spouse need to take the Ielts
4. I calculated the score and i am geting more that 67

I know these questions might have been asked several times on this forum, would really appreciate your help in this regard.

The answers to your questions are -

No it is not required. Only bachelor and master degree works.

2. Do i need to get the ECA done for my spouse who is MBA(Finance)
Well if you want to, then only do as it helps increase more points BUT also to note for your spouse, you have to evaluate again both bachelor and master degree and not just MBA (Finance).

3. In IELTS i got a final band score of 7.5, do my spouse need to take the Ielts
Can you please share your breakup score while the required is 6 bands in all four sections. Over your spouse IELTS, it again depends if you want to increase the points.

4. I calculated the score and i am geting more that 67
Well this is great that you are getting over 67 points BUT suggestion is to add up your spouse points too by giving IELTS and doing ECA as you never know that when at what point you will be requiring any additional points.

Starting with your IELTS score, it is good as minimum 6 bands are required per section.

Over ECA, if I believe you will do the same from WES, then how come it will come at $600 as see if I calculate as per WES website - http://www.wes.org/ca/fees/schedule.asp - you need to opt for WES Basics Document-by-Document Evaluation, which comes at CAD $115 plus international courier charges as $85 for quick delivery - together will comes at $200 CAD per person. And in that you can have more than one credential accessed.

Do i need to get the nomenclature along with the transcript ?

If Nomenclature Certificate (i.e. name of the paper as per syllabus) is required please contact the
Section Officer, Academic Branch-II, New Administrative Block, University of Delhi, Delhi-110007. The
candidate is also requested to enclose a photocopy of the Mark sheet of each year and a copy of
syllabus submitted to the Section Officer Academic Branch-II.


So is Nomenclature certificate required for Express entry ?

Nomenclature appears to be a list of Courses/Credits. If that is the case, it is not required. You need to send the transcripts signed and sealed. You should also send a copy of the degree certificate from your end.
