Hi All,

Hope so you are doing well.

I Just received an assessment from WES but they did it just after receiving my master's transcript (Computer network administration and management). They have not mentioned my bachelors degree(Computer Engineering). My question is should i ask them to do the assessment again and report must also show details of my Bachelors degree or is it fine without that?

I have already contacted WES and they are willing to prepare the assessment report again.

The only problem is time as I am already running late.

Kindly suggest me what should i do.

Thanks in advance

Sincerely,

Asad malik

What is your NOC ?

In my opinion the assesment of your highest qualification should be fine as Masters automatically supersedes Bachelors.

Just make sure you include a copy of both your degree certs while submitting.

yes wes orginal plus copy of masters and bachelors degree certificate. that should suffice

Thank you very much for your replies.

My NOC is 2281 "Computer Network Technicians".

Actually i was confused because I had been working in the networks field right after completing my bachelors degree for 27 months. Then I pursued my masters degree (computer networking that is assessed by WES) and after that i Have experience of another 9 months. The department may object that one year experience should be post masters degree not before that.

In that case if I have my bachelors degree assessed they would easily find out that networking portion had been covered in my bachelors degree as well.

What do you guys think about that?? thanks in advance.

one more important thing do i will get full points for seventeen years of education as they didn't assess my bachelors degree?

Although the highest degree assessment is enough for the purpose of applying under FSW, but WES should provide you report for all the degrees for which you submitted the documents to them.

What's done is done. Just use this report to apply. This is all CIC wants, and if the report says it is equivalent to Masters in Canada, then you will get 23 points.

hi all,

I need some clarification related to WES Report for the credential assessment.

I received that report, and there is mentioned as follows:
Bachelor's and Master's Degree.
How many points I can expect for education? 21 or 23?
