After 3 year pgwp if I don't get pr thn I have to get back to india or can I extend my work permit?

if u go for a course that's 2 years or longer u get 3 years MAX PGWD. after that, if u somehow can't get PR, you have to come back to your country.

isn't their any way to extend the permit like by starting new course after 5 yrs ..........

pgwp is one time offer cant be extended....u can ask ur employer to process LMIA but a difficult case.
 
talk to any lawyer there or any employer, you will get LMO( for work permit) but you have to pay for LMO and you can get around 2 years of LMO.

How the person will get LMO nd how much time it will take means what is the processing time for this .........................is it easy for LMO or a thorny process
