query please regarding my employer reapplying for my LMO

Hi everyone,
I have my Work Permit approved for grande prairie for suppose X employer, now my X employer says that he does not have any position for me in Grande Prairie so he still wants me to come there, and then he reapplies for a new LMO for a new place some were in Alberta.
so how will this work, is it really easy for him to get me a new LMO when am there in Grande prairie. n will they approve me a new work permit or wht.
can some one help me with this

No problem about it . They can reapply for u and u can start work cause even u not work u can stay here cause visa and work permit r not the same

i got your point tht temporary resident visa and work permit is two different things.. but i wanted to know that how long i have to wait till my employer applies for my new lmo and then i apply for work permit again staying in canada.. is there any chances tht my workpermit can get denied or so.
