Query on work related documents submition In Express entry

Hi Folks,

I have 9 years of relavent experience in IT, my question is does immigration team requires all my previous employer documents? Or just current employer documents are enough?

Could anyone please clarify this to me

You need to provide employment documents for all the work exp u are claiming points for. If you not have documents for some work exp, then do not add that in you work history.

Thank you so much for responding, and I have more question does immigration team will be doing background verification for all the organisations which I worked or it just focuses only on current organisation.

They may perform a background check on any of the work experiences for which you are claiming points for.

The reason being asking this question is i am not quite sure about my previous employers will be answering the call from CIC this what worries me.

Currently I have offer letters and relieving letters of my previous employers .. do I need get the reference letters from previous employers too or just current employers reference letter is enough?

And what if my previous employers refuse reference letter, is there any other alternative

Do i need to provide all the 9 years form16 too? Because in my previous company's I used to get my salary by hand not in my bank account
