Query on status update by wes

Hi all,

I have sent transcripts to WES and it has reached them by 9th July. But there has been no update since then and the status shows as ON HOLD- We are waiting for your documents

Is this normal? Does anyone have the same experience or does that mean that my documents have been sent back? has anyone faced this situation?
