Hi all, I have sent transcripts to WES and it has reached them by 9th July. But there has been no update since then and the status shows as ON HOLD- We are waiting for your documents Is this normal? Does anyone have the same experience or does that mean that my documents have been sent back...

Hi all, As posted already Ethiraj College will issue the transcripts, but not the degree certificate. Degree Certificate should be attested by madras university and to be sent separately to WES and this is mandatory.

I submitted the WES application and been waiting for the transcripts to be received from the university. Unfortunately, my university is closed for a one-month summer vacation. Is there any timeline for the WES waiting period to receive the document or will they reject it as it is getting late...

YES, it has to be done at Ethiraj college only since the mark sheets are from Ethiraj and not Madras University.

I have an ECA certificate from Silvergate evaluation, the USA in the year 2015 Will this be accepted for Express Entry immigration process without going for a fresh ECA from WES? Thanks :)

Hi, I am facing the same problem now. I am from the class of 2011 Ethiraj (Evening Batch) and applying WES on my own now, I do not know if I should get the transcripts from Ethiraj or from madras university. Kindly share your experience.
