Query on spouse Visiting /dependent visa for Canada- urgent

I have applied for my spouse dependent visa for Canada through my company in aug2014. we have submitted passport , all docs, medical acknowledgement report . But still Visa office requested for medical examination .we have sent again same medical acknowledgement
There's no response after that. It's been 2.5 months now.
Not sure what's going on...

Anyone experienced the same situation?
Anything can be done based on your experience?
Please let me know if we need to again medical examination

Hi Rakesh,
I have applied for my parents super visa in july 15 they requested for medical which we submitted on july 25 then after there is no reply from cic
Same confusion dont know what to do next
I tried to mail cic but no reply at all
