Query on Spouse Open work permit

Hi,
I am in Canada on work permit (intra company transferee).
I came to Canada with my wife.
Ideally she should have got an OWP, but my company lawyer messed up and she got a multiple entry visitor visa.
But since we arrived together in Canada, so she got visitor record which allow her to stay in Canada for 3 year.

So now I am applying for my wife OWP and i am stuck at one question in questionnaire.

Are you accompanying a family member who has status in Canada? ?

Does this mean that applicant is currently staying in Canada with family member who has status in Canada?
OR
Does this mean that when a OWP application arrives in Canada, she/he should be coming along with a family member who has status in Canada.

In the questionnaire, i already mentioned that current territory of residence is Canada and the current immigration status for her is Visitor.

I generated an application after answering YES to above question, and in the list of document i can see IRCC asked document for my immigration status in Canada.

I generated another application after answering NO to above question, and there IRCC didnt asked for any of my document.

Any idea about this?

1. The answer is yes. It is you and you have a work permit.
