Get the letter notarized and if possible include your managers business card, employee ID or whatever you can obtain.
What if business card is not provided by the company ?
Can he has mentioned his personal email ID and phone number, and attached engineering license ?

Also, Is it need to be notarized now as he has mentioned his personal contact information ?

No need for business card if the information is provided in the reference letter.

If your employer is providing the letter then no need to notarize anything.

Thank you, Del, for the prompt response, but my question is regarding the reference letter which I have taken from my supervisor

My employer has issued me a letter on letterhead with name rank and tenure duration, which has my HR official email, landline number.

As my HR didn't mention the job duties, I have taken a letter on a plain paper from my supervisor along with his engineering license issued by the government and his business card which mention only company's main landline number & address, his name, and rank.

In the letter, he has mentioned his personal contact details (Gmail and personal mobile number) as supervisors in my company don't have an official email id or phone number because we work onboard ship and we travel around the world, with no fixed location or office.

You can explain that in a LOE, if anything what you should be obtaining is proof that your HR department refused to provide a reference letter with your duties/responsibilities.

Thank you.

So I will explain the reason why my supervisor has Gmail address and personal phone number rather than official email ID, and request them to consider it.

Dear DelPieroa07,

i have seen you have been providing all possible and useful commets. Please help me with my qureis. I have tried searching and even mentioned in different threads but not clear.

I am not able to get Reference letter from company in letter pad but planning to get from my immediete supervisor/manager with roles and resposibilites in a white paper with his emp id email id and contact number.

How to get it notarized?

For some document to get it notarized, it requires a stamp paper, then the content to be printed in a legal green paper and some other content like on what basis this is signed something like that? First of all I am not sure on whether this correct?

To notarize my white paper reference letter what is the process? Please suggest. Whether supervisor again need to sign in stamp paper and other legal green paper with that content typed?

Please suggest.

thank you

Usually, a notary is done on a 100 rupee stamp paper here in India. I have two reference letters from my managers which are not on company letter head because of which I want to do the Notary.

The Notary will be done on a new document (100 rupee stamp paper) and my manager has signed on the reference letter. Do I need to upload both the documents (Notary and the Reference Letter) ?

I need to get Notary done for

1. Employment Reference Letters
2. Post Office Proof of Fund Letter

Is there anyway where they can stamp and notarize the Reference Letter directly ? Can someone who has done this please help ?
Hii , can you please share your format of notary so that I can tell my notary to make one on similar grounds.
I just want to know the format dont worry for copy paste.
