Query on Educational qualificaton and work experience.

I have completed Master of Management studies with specialization in Finance and I am currently working as ERP consultant- combination of IT and Domain but more of IT so wanted to know will there be any implication of it on my application.

Hi Members ,

Would like have a proper standard format for getting experience letter from employer.
Also , in case any employer refuses to provide , what's the alternative ? ( help with that format too )
