i am working in Saudi Arabia from last 4 years.

my brother is Permanent Resident of Canada & he would like to invite me to visit Canada for a period of 3 weeks.

My profile :
MS -United Kingdom
Visit Europe (schengen visa)
Married.


What are the chances of approval
And how much fund I need to show.

its not about what you show or what not your documents speak it self you need strong reason to visit plus you need sufficient traveling history and sufficient funds as well as good as you will represent your application chances are high . but for now mixed feelings until you won't post full details about your travel and duration you visited and what other countries you visit etc

My purpose of visit is to celebrate Eid and birthday party. Also for a short summer vacation.

My travel History:

germany, Belgium,France,Switzerland. - schengen visa (multiple entry)
united kingdom,

Please tell me the sufficient funds I need to show.

are you single or married? applying alone or with family if you are married so family has similar traveling too? how much funds you have in savings and do you own any property to back home? and how many days you spend in other countries while you were on visit?

I am hoping you would be able to answer my question. I need to submit a translated bank statement for my father's account from ICBC in China. Do you think the bank will issue a translated bank statement in English? I emailed them yesterday but i want to know from personal experiences too.

Sorry I have no experience with ICBC in China
