Query for rejected application of FSW14 -

Hi,

Today i received an email from Canada Immigration department to my earlier enquiry .
They said that my applications was sent back to me on 23 Feb 2015 to me via regular mail - to the mailing address as entered on the application package. REASON: The cap of NOC 2173 has been reached. Today is 27-June-2015 and its almost 4 months time since they dispatched my application.

My 1st question what they mean by "mailing address as entered on the application package"? As i understand it is address that i entered in IMM0008ENU - General Application Form. Please correct me if i am wrong?

My 2nd question, for regular mail i should myself go to nearest post office and ask for document if came on my name? I will not receive it at my home address since it is not coming VIA courier. Am i right?

My application package includes bank draft so i am quite worried not to lose it.

1st question :Yes it is your address which you have provided them
2nd question:If you have given the mailing address which is your home address,then the post will be delivered to your home address.If you have given a near by post office address as your mailing address then you need to collect it for the post office.

Dude, did you even read his post completely.
He could not make it as 2173 NOC cap was full.
