Thanks for taking your time to read my query.

I've completed my masters in an university in Canada in may 2015 and from then I have been working for a firm in India online( full time). And from past 6 months Im in India working onsite. By end of April 2016 Ill finish 1 year work with my company, will that work experience considered for Express Entry or FSW ?

You mean to say you are working in India? And have no work experience in Canada?

You can create a Express entry profile which is free but unless you have Canadian work experience you won't get any points under CEC.

For Six selection factors – Federal skilled workers we get 9 points for 1 year then I'll score 67 points (out of 100), I may qualify to immigrate to Canada as a federal skilled worker.

Only work experience gained when you were physically present in Canada (and had valid status) counts.

Despite posting in the CEC forum, the OP consistently refers to the FSW class (not CEC class). I can't see any reason why the experience wouldn't count under FSW, but the OP may not get enough points to be competitive.
