Hi,

I had made a mistake in my address history while submitting the application which is why I proactively submitted schedule a with the correct details through a CSE. I today have received a mail from IRCC confirming receipt of my document but they have also mentioned that since my file is located at canadian visa office in new delhi, i must contact them. Has anyone faced this in the past? If yes, how do we contact the NDVO ?

why do they confirm receipt and still ask you send thesame to a satellite visa office? why do they have varying response times from different visa offices to CSE?

There is another way of looking at your situation:
A. You now know for sure that your VO is New Delhi. All others have to assume their VO.
B. You are able to reach the officer directly and communicate that this was omission and not misrepresentation
C. Faster communication
D. You can call and get up to date information/status on your file.

If I were in your shoes, I would be happy....CSE takes like 10 day just for acknowledgement.
