Query about WES

I am not able to see the package I selected in WES, but it is showing the payment details as follows:

Educational Credential Assessment Package $200.00
Delivery Option: Standard Delivery $7.00
Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) 13%: $26.91
______
Total Cost: $233.91

Will it be ok to proceed with this for Canada immigration purposes...CIC(FSWP) ?

I called WES Canada Helpdesk number and it said that the wait period is 45 mins, I posted the query on their website but haven't received any response.

I called them on their helpdesk number +1 (416) 972-0070, initially the automated response said that "the current wait time is 45 minutes"
but then again said that "the call volume is too high so call again later" and then disconnected the call :-(

is it a good idea to select the delivery option as "International Courier (CDN. $85)" ...?

are online reports good enough to apply or we need physical copies of ECA with us?

If you are residing outside Canada, you should use International Courier (CDN. $85) otherwise it will take month or so and you won't be able to track your Package.

WES website says:

Clear, legible photocopies of all final or provisional degree certificates issued by the institutions attended{To be submitted to WES by applicant}
-- does this mean only the Degree Certificate or the DMCs also?

All individual mark sheets indicating all subjects taken and marks obtained for all years of post-secondary study{issued by the institution responsible for conducting the examinations}
-- does this mean the "final degree certificate" also along with DMCs?

Currently, I have requested my university to only send the transcripts of the DMCs not the Final Degree Certificate...
