Query about response time from Buffalo Office !!!!

I am an Indian Citizen and currently residing at USA .

I had applied for Federal Skilled worker Permanent Residence and got an approval from the Sydney NS Office. Now i am preparing to submit the documents to Buffalo Visa Office.

My question is how long it'll take for the Medical Exam from Buffalo Office to come once I submit the documents there ???

Its better for you to apply at CHC New Delhi then Buffalo
They are very fast now a days
