Im planning to apply but as I read the procedure I have some questions need your help

1. what address to send the application
2. I am residing in UAE right now and we dont have income tax return, can I just submit a labor contract from goverment and referrence letter from my company?
3. Can I pay the application fee via a draft cheque?

You need the confirmation of income tax exemption from the UAE ministry of Finance

3. Can I pay the application fee via a draft cheque?
