Queries regarding PNP nomination or Direct Invitation

Hi Guyz,
I have 1-2 queries regarding PNP nomination. I have applied in OINP and expecting to get it soon.
My query is that once I get the nomination and get 600 points from PNP, and after that when I'll apply for the eAPR and if by chance I get refused for it and then when I am going to be put back into the pool. Then, am I still gonna retain the 600 points from Ontario nomination?
Secondly, if I have PNP nomination and my EE profile expires and then If I'll make a new one, then will I be able to get 600 points again in my new EE profile?

Need your opinions on this.

I don't know about this. Usually they send the nomination to 1 profile which is in the Express Entry Pool. My thought is if the profile is no longer in the pool because its deleted or you have got an ITA and its taken out of the Pool then you will have to re-apply for another OINP.

I don't think so, because your nomination is connected to your other profile. A nomination can only be used for one profile at a time.

A: Yes you'll retain those 600 points and can re-enter the pool and request MCIIT to transfer you nomination to your new profile because of the CIC rejection.
Secondly, if I have PNP nomination and my EE profile expires and then If I'll make a new one, then will I be able to get 600 points again in my new EE profile?
A: This is a very rare scenario because when you receive 600 nominations points, you get your ITA the very next draw after you accept those 600 points under MyCIC account, unless your profile expires after you accept and the draw date. Hence I said it's rare, but if that happens, yes you'll get those points again in your new profile (may be you'll need to request MCIIT for it).

I asked about the expiry of the EE profile, because if let's say I come in a situation where my eAPR gets refused and then my profile expires then if I will retain the PNP points then I'll b in a comfortable position.

No problem JoacRy, I understand that mistakes tend to happen when it comes to CIC rules. Coz everyone knows that Global weather and CIC rules are unpredictable and complicated. LOL

But my express entry profile is going to expire on 20th march 2016. what would I hv to do. shouldi inform Sask govt. or cic or update the profile after expiry . but after updation I think it will create a new profile number , but my nomination is for old profile number and file for PR is in progress with the same present number.

Once you have filed your application for PR, EE profile (or its expiry) doesn't matter. EE profile was just a pool from which applicants are supposed to be picked up by CIC for ITA, so once picked, and candidates accept the ITA, its the eAPR application and it's supporting document uploads that matters.

Since your PR application is already in progress, there's nothing to worry as your profile is frozen once you receive your ITA. God forbid, if you get any rejection at a later stage, then you might need to get your Sask nomination transferred to new EE profile, otherwise you are good. Good Luck!!
