i have some queries regarding PNP EE 2015. share your thoughts over it pls -

- Do we have a strict rule (official) rule stating that once you get a PR by PNP nomination, you should stay for say 2 years (i don't know the exact number of years) in the same province? if you guys have some official confirmation, please post a link here...

- Lets say i apply for 2 different provinces. does the provinces have a central repository wherein they check for multiple EOI's for different provinces? in the first place, is it legal to apply for 2 different provinces for PNP?

- what are the things we can say or show to a specific province to convince them that we are gonna settle in the province?

- all the provinces invite for PNP based on NOCs. do we have good opportunities in all provinces for lets say NOC 2173 which is software engineer? do we have software jobs in all the provinces? lets say there is no open job offers in the province in a given point of time. what then? can we go ahead & search for a job in other provinces during this initial 2 year lock time?

- what if we acquire a job offer from other province during the lock time? Is it legal to migrate?

Hi there,

If you haven't applied for PNP via any province and you don't have a valid Job offer/ LMIA then when you go into the Job bank after registering when completing your online profile your profile is visible to all provinces. You are permitted to apply through multiple provinces via PNP. If a province decides to accept you then they will go onto your online profile and add 600 points with a welcome letter. Once you accept your profile will not be visible to any other provinces for nomination if you have applied through more than 1. The best way to show them is to actually be living in the province for a start.. they want to see you established and contributing towards that province , unless there is a market need for that specific province. For instance BC relies a lot on Tourism/Travel/hospitality. So to fill that market GAP the will give preference to those who may have a valid job offer in one of those categories. Each province is different. With NOC 2173 you qualify for CEC because that is skill level A. only 0/A/B qualify for CEC. There will be a quota cap for NOC 2173 based on what CIC determine not the PNP. For Instance NOC B in some categories there is a sub-200 quota cap before they don't allow any more people. There are software jobs in all provinces and if there is no job offer in the province at any given point of time then yes you can go ahead and search for a job in another province during the initial 2 year lock time.

forgot to say also if you get PNP it's with the intent to live in that province.. I know with BC PNP there is no 2 year threshold.

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
As mentioned under BC PNP the international graduate should have a valid job offer. So if I have a job offer from BC employer but without LMIA am I eligible for PNP.
My question is under PNP for express entry do we need LMIA approved job to gain 600 points.
As far as I know if one has a job offer with LMIA approved will get 600 points, no need of PNP
However if I want PNP that requires job offer, so by that does they mean job offer without LMIA or with it?

Thanks in afvance
