Queries regarding online assessment tool for quebec immigration

Hi All,

Please help me urgently. I want to apply for the next upcoming online application starting from January 18, 2016. Based on the following point allocation I find myself eligible to apply by checking from this link http://www.canadavisa.com/quebec-skilled-worker-immigration.html

Here is my points calcuation:

1. Bachelor in computer science and engineering (4 years) - 10 points for Undergraduate diploma attesting to 3 or more years of full-time studies
2. Area of training (Section A) - 16 points for computer science
3. Work experience in the last 5 years - 8 points for 4 years or more experience
4. Age - 16 points for 34 years of age
5. Spouse education - 3 points for Undergraduate diploma attesting to 3 years of full-time studies
6. Spouse's Area of training - 2 points
7. Spouse's age - 3 points
8. Children - 4 points for 1 child under 12 years

Total points = 62 points; passing score = 57 points

But whenever I am evaluating myself from the online tool http://www.form.services.micc.gouv.qc.ca/epi/index.jsp?languageCode=en
it is telling me "It seems you are not eligible to apply. You are not advised to apply as a QSW.

Can anyone suggest me what is going wrong?
