Queries regarding oinp pnp

Hi everyone,
I'am a newbie to the forum and i wish to find answers for certain questions.The applicant is having 6years of experience as a registered nurse and is in the process of applying for PR improving the IELTS score and standing at 400 points in the crs ranking system and also applied for OINP PNP and awaiting to be nominated and at the same time trying to improve the IELTS SCORE,having said that there are certain queries i wish to have answers for from the experts in the forum obliged.
Firstly,due to the ongoing work pressure can the applicant resign with a two months notice period and concentrate on IELTS so that can get better scores and climb up the ladder free from stress and all
Secondly,while leaving the job would avail the reference letter and if done well in the language test would get the requisite crs points and get selected to receive an ita.Now,the concern is if received an invitation for example in the month of September and the reference letter is dated back in august,can a back dated reference letter do during submission of documents?
How old can a reference letter be during the submission?
Lastly,is it necessary to be wrking during the processing of documents?

Back Dated Ref Letter is allowed if you are already quit that job. The date can be your last date of work.

Hi romrumrira,thank you for your reply,so you say that a reference letter of the last date of leaving the job is acceptable,that means if an ita is received in the month of october for example the letter back dated issued in the month of july is acceptable.Thank you, further guidance appreciated,cheers.....
