Hello Everyone, I need some advice in applying for M.Eng program in Universities here in Canada. I'm a B.tech ECE graduate of 2015 (no work exp.) and I wanted to take a masters degree right after finidhing my b.tech last year. But the consultancy that counseled me said that I do not have sufficient grades to apply for masters then (B.tech score- 6.45/10 Crescent University, Chennai). So I took up a 1 year graduate certificate at Durham college, Oshawa, Ontario in Information Security so that I could give a little more standard to my profile as my ultimate aim is to go for a Masters. This was also nodded upon by my consultant. I have finished my first semester with a 4.26/5 gpa (Worked a little harder than before) and I'm currently in my second semester. I'm planning to follow this certificate up with a mastersso I have applied for the following universities and my application is being reviewed as I speak.

1. University of Western Ontario
2.University of Ottawa
3.Carleton University
4. Windsor University
5.Queens University

So can anyone give me an idea of which university might I have the best chance in. I'm also thinking of applying to University of Regina and also to a few colleges (Humber, George Brown, seneca) for another 1 year program just in case the university plan goes kaput. Is that a good thing to have?
Thank you.
Please do reply as this whole thing is giving me the jitters every now and then.

For applying to university, you will need to send your undergraduate marks so your PG diploma wont compensate for less marks in undergraduate. You can try university of windsor and Regina. Try to write a good and convincing sop. Apply some colleges also as a backup plan.
